RETURNS

Every item in our store comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of its arrival, we'll refund your money (less shipping & handling charges and/or expenses) or exchange it for another item. Simply contact customer service through our customer service portal for return authorization.

When returning a product, please use a prepaid, traceable shipping method. This ensures that your return package is safely delivered to us, and provides proof of shipment which can be useful in case of disputes. You'll be able to track the package in transit and confirm its delivery. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering an incorrect size. However, if there's been a mistake on our part, we fully accept responsibility. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, enabling you to return the incorrect item back to us at no additional cost. Once we receive the returned item, we'll either send you the correct item or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

 

SHIPPING

Orders placed after 12 PM, Eastern USA Timezone, will be shipped the following business day.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, but are estimates only.  For actual transit time and details, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.  Questions regarding shipping should be directed to the carrier (carrier information can be found in the tracking information).

The map below will give you a transit time estimate. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
