Return & Refund Policy
Every item in our store comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days of its arrival, we'll refund your money (less shipping & handling charges and/or expenses) or exchange it for another item. Simply contact customer service through our customer service portal for return authorization. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.
Shipping and Transit Times
Orders placed after 12 PM, Eastern USA Timezone, will be shipped the following business day. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, but are estimates only. For actual transit time and details, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Questions regarding shipping should be directed to the carrier (carrier information can be found in the tracking information).
The map below will give you a transit time estimate. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
*International Customers: Please note that order shipping to destinations outside the Continental USA (including orders to Canada) could take up to 21 days to arrive.

- Qualifying orders must select standard shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion.
- Promotion excludes recertified items.
- Flat Rate shipping only to the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Currently, USPS packages require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. Shipping transit times are calculated by the carrier and are only estimates. Actual transit times may vary as carriers have suspended service guarantees in light of overall Coronavirus uncertainties.
